Q.1 Is it possible to write on handmade paper?
Ans. Yes, it is possible to write on most varieties except some silk and rough textured paper. A well size handmade paper does not blot while writing with fountain pen.

Q.2 Can handmade paper be used in office equipment/offset printing?
Ans. Only plain surface handmade paper are recomended for offset printing and for use in laser printers & photocopier.

Q.3 Is handmade paper long-lasting?
Ans. Handmade paper lasts much longer than mill made paper because of its inherent strength due to dispersed Cotton fibres.

Q.4 Is handmade paper enviornment friendly?
Ans. Yes it is, as most of our papers are made from recycling of cotton rags or the other made from regenerating plants bark. The manufacturing process for all our papers are nature based / pollution free and the final product fully bio-degradable or recyclable.

Q.5 How long will it take for my custom invitations to be ready?
Ans. We normally need about 4 to 6 weeks from the time your proof is approved until it is shipped. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.

Q.6 How is the handmade paper different from Millmade paper?
Ans. Usually the paper we use in our offices and home is millmade paper and is made from wood pulp obtained by cutting the trees and by adding the chemicals and dyes which are very harmful for our environment and lead to Greenhouse effect. In handmade paper there are no chemicals and harmful dyes used ,handmade paper is made using cotton waste of the textile mills, waste biomass like grass ,jute, husk, waste wool, broken leaves and Flower petals. Etc. Using handmade paper saves our environment and also help in preserving our nature.

Q.7 How to order?
Ans. Please choose the list of papers you are looking for from our handmade paper sample booklets. You can send us your list of Items by e-mail at orders@goyalpapers.com or by faxing us or by mailing us at our postal address. On receipt of your list of Items our sales team will get in touch with you and will send you a proforma invoice on the basis of stock availability, for your approval. Once you will approve the contents, mode of shipping you can send us your Purchase order and the goods will be shipped to you within specified time frame.

Q.8 What is the minimum order requirement?
Ans. At goyaolpapers.com there is no minimum order requirement for the papers in stock. For the items out of stock and need to be manufactured the minimum qty. is Two Reams per color per style.

Q.9 Do you ship internationally?
Ans. We ship purchases to any destination serviced by Federal Express.

Q.10 How do I exchange an item I purchased?
Ans. Easy! Just fill out the exchange form on the packing slip and send it back to us with your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item (less shipping and handling) is different than the amount of your original purchase, you will be refunded or charged the difference.

Q.11 Do you offer a catalog that can be mailed to my house?
